ABOUT ALTAIR

The Altair Educational and Therapeutic Services was initially formed in 2016 under “Altair Tutorial Services.” It supports struggling students and offers them skills to prepare them for their succeeding years. The founder, Analyn M. Joens, is an educator who taught for 18 years in the public school systems in Maryland and Arizona. She works with families and children and has consistently advocated for them. She is also a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona. It was the year 2019 when she started to work in a school district in Phoenix as an occupational therapist. That same year, she expanded the company and changed the name to Altair Educational and Therapeutic Services. The company’s new title described its purpose and mission. That is, to provide education and therapy to individuals with special needs and their families.
