DO WE RECEIVE COPY OF THE REPORTS AND NOTES?

You can request to furnish you a copy of the therapy notes from the attending therapist. The a copy of an evaluation report will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE US TO WAIT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE COPY OF THE EVALUATION REPORT?

The therapist usually takes a minimum of 1 week to complete the report. Therefore, a minimum of two weeks will be sufficient time for our office to get the document ready and be sent to you.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE THE REPORT?

The evaluation report will be sent to you via email. Please make sure that we have a complete and current record of your information. Please request in this link.

HOW DO YOU PROVIDE THE THERAPY?

The therapist will contact you to set either a regular or an initial schedule of therapy. The therapy will be provided in the client's home.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Usually the therapy takes 45 to 50 minutes. Then the remaining 10 to 15 is allotted for the therapy visit notes.
